Job Summary:
Knife River Southern Idaho is looking for Crushing Laborers based out of it's Boise location. These positions are based out of Boise but employees will be expected to work throughout Idaho and neighboring states. This crew will be well diverse in crushing equipment operations, safety guidelines and team work. These positions will require the availability to work up to 7 days per week as well as varied and extended hours. You may also be required to travel out of town for long periods at a time. Travel should be expected. Candidates would be expected to: Shovel, grease and clean up around crusher Maintaining a clean plant Help team with maintenance on plant Operate skid steer when necessary to clean around plant Operate Forklift when necessary around plant Flexible with Day/Night Schedule Manual Labor to be expected 85% of the day Other tasks as assigned by supervisor We are a drug free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing throughout employment. Minimum Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a position directly related to the crushing crew position applying for. Candidates will be hard working, dependable and able to perform manual labor for approximately 85% of their work shift. We will require that you provide the minimum tools which must be fulfilled within the first 90 days of employment.
