Foreman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our company as a Foreman.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing smaller job tasks and various small projects
* Efficient at multi-tasking and working under short time constraints
* Assure that all safety and quality measures are taken
* Coordinate with others including subcontractors, trucking and managers
* Perform other duties as assigned

This is considered a full-time position. Travel will be required and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.

We offer a full benefit package which includes 401K, Medical, Dental and Vision after 30 days.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience with running a crew
* Supervisory and strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as basic computer skills
* Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
* Proven ability to perform manual tasks
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to perform and maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
* Must be hard working, dependable and be able to perform manual labor
