We are currently looking for a dedicated Laborer to join our skilled team in Beaverton, OR. Come join our Sign department today! The Traffic Control Supervisor will provide direct labor to implement and modify traffic control plans and install and remove traffic control devices for highway construction projects throughout the State. This is a traveling position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow all safety rules and regulations - Lift, carry and stack materials and traffic control devices - Wash and clean vehicles, equipment and traffic control devices - Maintain delivery/pickup tickets - Ability to read maps and knowledge of local streets - Maintain accurate and timely driving logs - Valid Driver’s License - Full compliance with all safety initiatives - General understanding of project plans and project specifications - General understanding of standard drawings and specifications -Assist with sign installations/removals as needed - All other duties as assigned - Complete Traffic Control Inspection Reports Compensation: The wage range for this position is $21.74-$34.78/hr The majority of our work is prevailing wage allowing our team members to earn much higher annual wages
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED - Valid Driver License, clean driving record - Effective communication both verbal and written - Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs - Current Flagger Certification & ODOT TCS Certification REQURED - Experience with highway construction traffic control measures & Devices
