The Knife River Missoula Division is looking for experienced heavy equipment operators for our construction services operations. We are looking to fill the following positions: mainline and excavators. Ability to establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with all other personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. Ability to safely and productively operate excavators.
Safely excavate mainline trenches in and around other utilities safely, move and set trench boxes in utility trenching operations. Dig and perform trenching that meet the OSHA trenching specifications. Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
General education, grammar and arithmetic. GED or High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide or maintain a valid drivers license/CDL preferred.
Ability to operate different types of equipment is a plus. Must have the ability to read and understand grade.
