We are looking for an Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team! This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year -round.
Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Paver Operator you will have:
- Ability to hold and maintain a drivers license in accordance with all state
regulations
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.

Role Overview:
This position is responsible to safely operate paver or screed to place bituminous asphalt mix or concrete to proper depth, width and smoothness per contract specifications. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May assist crews for project completion and perform other duties as assigned.
