Knife River has an immediate opening for a Crusher/Wash plant Foreman at our location in Central Point, OR! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Provide the necessary leadership and direction for daily activities of the crusher crew - Operate and maintain crusher/wash Plant in safe, efficient manner - Keep inventory, prepare production schedules and reports, and maintain operators log as necessary - Must comply with all MSHA regulations - Participate in quality control program to meet specifications - Other misc. duties as directed by supervisor Must be able to work days, nights or weekends that are dependent on production requirements. Must be willing to travel throughout the Southern and Central Oregon Region as jobs dictate. Compensation: $28.75 - $33.95/hr DOE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of crusher/wash plant operation with screen and conveyor systems - Previous experience managing multiple plants/crews - Requires high degree of skills in planning, organization, supervising, communication, and observation - Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, operator's manuals, instructions, and maintain operators log as necessary - Need welding/fab and mechanical skills - Must be able to work in a professional manner and get along well with others - Must possess good supervisory skills, and be a good teacher/mentor - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
