Paving Laborer (Seasonal)

Job Summary:

Role Overview:
This position is responsible to complete various laboring and small equipment operation tasks to produce quality asphalt or concrete paving project. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May also flag or operate skid steer, roller, tractor as needed. Assisting in running paving screed.

This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round.
Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Laborer you will have:
- Ability to hold and maintain a valid license in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
