Role Overview:
Responsible for assisting staff with organizing, errands and other duties. This position is part-time year-round.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively organize parts and materials
• Safely operate a Forklift
• Wash equipment
• Organize the recycle yard and get equipment in order.
• Ensure that the gates are functioning properly and are locked at the end of the day.
• Maintain yard and facility- cleaning and upkeep, including mowing and snow removal.
• Ensure drainage inlets are checked and cleaned weekly or after rainfall.
• Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations.
• Ability to maintain positive relations with co-workers & act courteous/respectful of others
• Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
• Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills
• Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Driver’s license with a passable motor vehicle record
