Accounting Clerk

Primary duties include:
1. Assist with the processing of accounts payable including scanning invoices into the Tungsten system and vouchering invoices in the JD Edwards Accounts Payable module.
2. Provide accounting and administrative assistance to accounting department staff to support those functions.
3. Assist with Turbo Credit Card processing.
4. Make deposits and prepare cash receipts log.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent and one year of related experience.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Willing to learn and/or assist in implementing new ideas and processes.
• Interpersonal skills with associates, other departments, operating unit personnel, external auditors and third-party vendors or consultants.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
