To complete various laborer tasks to produce and deliver quality precast products
Role Overview:
This position is responsible to safely complete various laborer tasks to produce and deliver quality precast products. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Crusher / Washplant / Screen Plant Operator you will have:
- Ability to hold and maintain a Class A or B CDL license in accordance with all state and federal
DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Knowledge of or past experience in equipment maintenance and operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Set precast tank forms
2. Mold precast tanks
3. Bolt, nail, align and block up under forms
4. Keep concrete yard and buildings neat and clean
5. Pre-trip/post-trip inspection, daily maintenance and driver boom truck to deliver septic tanks as needed
6. Perform housekeeping on various company equipment to keep them looking good to the public and customers, easier for operators and maintenance to do preventative maintenance checks, and for maintenance personnel to make repairs when needed.
7. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others. Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.
8. Ensure OSHA, safety and environmental regulation compliance.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
